After pregnancy and childbirth (caesarean section or vaginal birth), some muscles need to be trained again. This work is essential for your health and will help you as a parent. You will have to carry and lift your baby all the time, and your baby will be cuter and funnier, but also heavier and heavier.
Come to the postnatal training class to meet other international mums, do some exercise and have some fun!
You can bring your baby with you or leave it with your partner at home.
If you cannot attend all the classes in "Haus der Familie" for some reason, there is also the option to join the class online via zoom.

The course fee is covered by the german health insurance system. Please bring your insurance card.

Please bring: comfortable clothing, large towel.
